TL;DR: No cookies. No tracking. No account. Your build never leaves your browser unless you click Share.

What we store

When you allocate skill points, the planner saves your build to your browser's localStorage under the key arc-raiders-skill-tree-replica. This data:

lives only on your device — it is never sent to our servers;
contains nothing personally identifiable (just skill point counts);
persists between visits until you click Reset Tree or clear browser data.

How Share links work

When you click Share, your build is encoded into the URL itself (as a query string after ?build=). If you send that URL to someone else, or paste it into a chat, anyone who opens it will see your build — that is the whole point of the feature. Do not share a build link if you do not want others to see its contents. The link does not contain any other information about you.

Cookies

We do not use cookies. No first-party cookies, no third-party cookies, no cookie banners — because there are no cookies.

Analytics and tracking

We do not run any analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Facebook Pixel, no telemetry of any kind. There are no tracking pixels or fingerprinting scripts.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel. As part of serving the website, Vercel's infrastructure may automatically log request metadata (such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamp) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. We do not control or access these logs beyond what Vercel surfaces in its standard dashboard. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.

Open Graph preview images

When you share a build link on Discord, Twitter, Slack, etc., those platforms request a preview image from /api/og?build=.... The build data in that URL is decoded on the server to render the preview image and then discarded — it is not stored, logged, or associated with you.

AI crawlers

We do not block AI training crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, etc.) via robots.txt. Our content is public reference material. If you prefer your build links not be processed by any crawler, do not share them in publicly indexable places.

Children

This is a fan-made tool for a video game. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, regardless of age. There is nothing to collect.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on our end. To remove all data the site has stored, open your browser settings and clear site data for arcraidersskilltrees.com — your saved build will be wiped instantly.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what this site stores or sends, we will update this page and bump the "Last updated" date above. We will never silently introduce tracking.
